Where we deliver
Kidozaar delivers to all cities and towns across Pakistan through trusted courier partners.
Delivery charges
- Orders of Rs. 3,000 or more: FREE delivery
- Orders below Rs. 3,000: a flat delivery charge of Rs. 350
The delivery charge is shown at checkout before you place your order.
Processing time
Orders are confirmed and packed within 1 working day. We may call or WhatsApp you to confirm Cash on Delivery orders before dispatch. Unconfirmed orders may be cancelled.
Delivery time
- Lahore: 1–3 working days
- Major cities (Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, etc.): 3–5 working days
- Other cities and remote areas: 4–7 working days
Working days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Delivery may take longer during Eid, sales, bad weather or courier delays.
Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we send you the tracking number by SMS, WhatsApp or email.
Cash on Delivery
Pay in cash when your parcel arrives. Please keep the exact amount ready. Couriers usually don't allow parcels to be opened before payment. If there is a problem with your order, contact us right away.
Failed deliveries
Please make sure your address and phone number are correct. If a parcel is refused or can't be delivered after repeated attempts, we may ask for advance payment of delivery charges on future orders.
Damaged or wrong items
If your parcel arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, WhatsApp us within 48 hours with photos or an unboxing video and we will make it right.
