Exchange & Return Policy
You can exchange or return an item within 7 days of delivery if it is unused and in its original packaging.
Damaged or wrong item? WhatsApp us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or an unboxing video and we'll replace it.

Refunds: once we receive and check the item, refunds are sent by bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa within 5–7 working days. Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or wrong.
Not returnable: used items, opened bubble solution, and items without original packaging.
